Your Concierge service

There are O2 Angels here, on hand to help you out with any queries you might have. Text MAP to 60202 to view a map of The O2 on your phone. And text CINEMA to 60202 to view cinema times at The O2 on your phone (standard rate text).

Fast-track entry

Use the O2's lanes to gain fast track entry into The O2 arena. Look out for the turnstiles with 'O2' above them.

O2 lounge

During arena events we open up the O2 lounge. We often run customer competitions on event days, to give our customers the chance to win an upgrade and get an O2 lounge pass. Just text UPGRADE and the number of people in your party to 60202 and you'll receive a text back telling you that you've won (standard rate text).

Relax in the blueroom bar

Exclusively for O2 customers - up to 500 per event. It's exclusive to O2 customers (plus three of your luckiest mates) and it's the trendiest bar in The O2 arena. For a place in the bar, just text BLUEROOM to 60202. We'll send you a barcode ticket to your mobile (standard rate text).

45 metre long wallpapers

Text your favourite image on your phone to the wall. Go to the plasma screens and vote for your favourite image e.g. text bubbles to 60202. (standard rate text). Votes are counted and then watch the room light up as the surroundings change.

O2 chill

Unwind to the sounds of soothing chill-out music. Sit on the audio landscape, plug your headphones into the audio jacks, and you'll be able to scroll through all kinds of different music.

Be the DJ

Text the jukebox in the blueroom bar to have your song played. You'll see menus on the plasma screens displaying the song choices e.g. text SONG 11101 to 60202 (standard rate text + 50p).

O2 Create

Make your own video, and take an unforgettable souvenir of the day home with you. Simply prance about like your favourite popstar. Once you're finished, we'll send it to your mobile or email automatically (free), but you will notice a charge when you download it onto your phone (data charges may apply).

Get involved with the very latest mobile technology in the O2 concept store - there's a whole heap of fun to be had in the concept store. There are 'gurus' on hand to help you learn more about all the great things you can do with your handset that you probably didn't even know existed.
